In 1989 he worked on the Thailand Land Titling Project, where he gained a good appreciation of the contribution secure land ownership and valuation makes to a nation’s economy.

He has been living in the same house for 51 years, and uses this to demonstrate that Government policies have been the biggest contributor to the current housing crisis.

Now he is a retiree and grandfather to 13 grandchildren. He is concerned that they, and millions of other young Australians, may never be able to own their own house.
